Filtration process: (1) The pressure exerted by the pressure difference between the upper and lower chambers of the diaphragm presses the disc to form a tight filtering cartridge, preventing particles in the water from penetrating; (2) Feed water enters the filter and passes through the filtering cartridge from the outside to the inside; suspended solids are trapped outside the disc and between the discs. Backwash process: The controller sends a signal to close the inlet and open the drain. At the same time, the upper chamber of the diaphragm is also depressurized. (1) The filtered water by other filter units enters the outlet of the backwash filter unit from the opposite direction; (2) The check valve is pressed by the water pressure, and the water flow can only enter the four backwash pipes; (3) Pressurized water is sprayed from the nozzles installed on the backwash pipes; (4) The pressurized water in the backwash pipe also enters the pressure cover chamber, pushing the pressure cover up and releasing the pressed discs; (5) The water jetted along the tangent direction drives the released discs to rotate rapidly, and at the same time, washes away the intercepted particles; (6) The backwash water carries away the washed particles from the drain outlet.
